  I have deleted some pictures from my media feature. Did not realize that they will be deleted from the posts. Can I recover those picures

  No. Images deleted from your Media Library are deleted from your site and consequently won’t show on your posts anymore. Hopefully you have copies and can upload them back to the appropriate posts.
