Deleted Post
-
I wrote a post last October and it is now gone. I did not intentionally delete it and it must have happened prior to 30 days ago, because it is not in the trash. Luckily, I cross posted the text to Linkedin, so I can reproduce. I want the look and link to reflect when it was originally posted. I saw in the “Post Settings” under “Status” that I can back-date the post, but in the preview, it looks like the post date, will reflect now. I also can’t tell if the URL of the post will look as it did historically… https://joshrutstein.com/2017/10/20/all-hands-and-feet/
Any idea how I can replace this post as if it were still there from last year?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hey there,
I just ran a quick test and it looks as though the changes within Status won’t take effect until you actually hit Update on the post.
I am not seeing an issue with the date in the URL, so perhaps make the necessary changes and get back to us if there URL doesn’t update correctly.
Hope this helps,
Cheers

Hi there,
By looking at your blog’s log I found out that it was your account that deleted that post 8 months ago.
Since you already have a copy of it you can re-publish it and keep the same URL by backdating through the scheduler. Here’s how it’s done:
