Deleted post still in recent post sidebar

  I had to make a post for the technorati spiders, which I then deleted once they’d picked it up. But it’s still appearing as a heading on my sidebar as a recent post. When you click the link it gives you the “Easy tiger 404 page” so the actual post is gone, but how do I get it’s heading out of recent posts?

  Sidebars are not updated in realtime. Give it an hour or so and it will vanish.
