deleted post, themes everything has just gone. picures the lot.

Somehow everything on my blog has vanished. I can still see the post links on my dashboard under “my Stuff” but when I click the link it shows that nothing is there? I just cannot work it out. I don’t think I have deleted it, I haven’t moved anything to trash. When I went to sleep yesterday it was there and when I woke up this morning It was all gone.
Can anyone help me at all?

WordPress.com does the backing up task for you, generally, but if you also want to do it manually, this should explain how: http://en.support.wordpress.com/export/#backups

Hi Sal,
The problem was just a glitch when your blog was initially set up, so it won’t come back. I’m sorry for the scare! We do regular backups of all the blogs on WordPress.com in case disaster strikes, so you can rest assured that we’ll keep track of your content. :)
As hfzrhmn mentioned, though, you’re welcome to export your blog (under Tools > Export in your dashboard) if you’d like to save a local copy of your blog, too.
