Deleted Posts Still Accessible

    Hi.
    I permanently deleted all the old posts on my blog, and they are not even visible in the trash.
    Then I uploaded about 30 new posts.
    But in stats I am daily seeing that old PDFs are still being downloaded.
    How is this happening and is there any way I can stop this?
    Also, I am not sure these stats are accurate.
    A few days ago I published a post and just moments later
    I saw in stats that 4 people downloaded the associated PDF.
    I certainly don’t believe that. My blog isn’t even very active, especially since
    I changed it over recently.

    Did you remove those from your media library? Deleting a post does not delete corresponding media, and if someone (or a search engine) had direct links to those PDFs, they will still be able to reach them.
