Deleted posts still showing NOT A CACHING ISSUE
-
I have deleted all my posts from this blog
https://crossingthegap.wordpress.com/
And yet they are all still showing. The only answers I have seen about this online point to browser caching as the cause. That is not the case here.
I cleared my cache
I looked at the blog from an incognito window
I looked at the blog from a browser I never use
I looked at the blog from a different computer
I looked at the blog from several different IP addressesIn ALL of these cases, I was still seeing the deleted posts. Do I have any other options here? I don’t want to delete the entire blog because I would like to repurpose the address for a new project. Although, who knows, maybe deleting it won’t make it disappear since it can live beyond the grave apparently…
Please do not respond by telling me this have to do with caching. Thanks.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I also see several posts on crossingthegap.wordpress.com so it’s not a caching issue. Try going to your posts admin area:
https://wordpress.com/posts/crossingthegap.wordpress.comThis should list the posts that remain. Under the first one, click “More” which will reveal additional options. One of those options is “Trash”. Click that and you should see a “Trashing post” message followed by a “Moved to Trash” confirmation. Do that for each of the posts.
If you have pages, categories, tags, or media to remove, see this support page for further info: https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/
