Deleted site

    I ran across a WordPress site address that I had wanted to use (eschaton.wordpress.com) but it was deleted. Will that address ever become available for another user?

    eschaton.wordpress.com is no longer available.
    The authors have deleted this site.

    Addresses with the wordpress.com suffix cannot be recycled. There is a 30 day window after deletion when the owner of a site can recover an address themselves but after that 30 day period (to avoid impersonation) the address is deleted from WordPress.com servers forever.
