  Hey! I previously had access via WordPress to brashdesignagency.com, but I can’t access this page now. Is there anything you can do to make me be the administrator for this page?

  Hi there!

  To avoid confusion, there are three different “WordPress” at play here:

  1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
  2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
  3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.

  Since your site is not hosted with us, we’re limited in what we can help with and advise. But I can get you pointed in the right direction to get help.

  You would need to contact the site administrator of your site and they should be able to restore your access to the site.
