  Hi, I meant to transfer the site jewelledpath.wordpress.com to another user but deleted it by mistake instead. I understand recycling is possible. Could this be done immediately?

  Recycling is possible only if 2 or more years have expired after deletion. Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made except for the one stated here http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/
