Deleted site

  I deleted my blog site, thinking everything was backed up. Does this mean that all content is lost?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello – When you work through the deletion process you are asked to export your blog content, if you did that, the content is somewhere on your computer.

  Deleting a .wordpress.com domain is a permanent action. That specific domain is not able to be used again.

  I attempted to export the blog content prior to deleting…but I was on my phone. Is it a lost cause?

  If the content was successfully exported, it would have downloaded to your phone. I am not sure how much storage you have on your phone, but a decent sized blog would be difficult to save to a mobile device.

  The content will not be able to be recovered since the site has been deleted.

  If the blog was recently deleted, you may be able to find bits and pieces of it through Google. Their index is updated about every 4-6 weeks. You can download any content you find in Google.
