Deleted site
-
Hi,
I wanted to transfer my blog back to timelesswheel.wordpress and I was already a moderator. It didn’t work so I deleted that blog address, which I thought would be available again isn’t. Is there a way to either get it back or to use that address as a new site?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The answer is no. The relevant support doc is found at http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/.
Sites already deleted by their authors two or more years ago may become available again, if they present no username or other technical conflicts. Do you see a deleted site https://deletedexample1234.wordpress.com/ with an address you would like to have? You can try registering a new site with that address here. http://wordpress.com/startIf it is available, it will be yours.
Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made except for the one stated there.
You can register another .wordpress.com blog http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/
Then if you wish to you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade because it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.
