deleted site and I think I need it back….

  I had the free wordpress site and wanted to update it with a purchased theme, and it wouldn’t let me load it, I could only use the themes available in their selections. A little research told me that It looks like you have to be on the .org section of WordPress. So I found a host, and couldn’t get the site up as it kept running into the free site with the same domain. So I deleted that site, and now it’s saying that I can’t use the domain…I thought the org and com were two completely sites? I’m a little confused. Site is amysnowinteriordesign.com. So will I be able to get my domain back and use it on a new wordpress site?

  amysnowinteriordesign.wordpress.com is the URL you cannot use again. That blog has the domain amysnowinteriordesign.com mapped to it. You will need staff help to disconnect the custom domain from that blog and use it on a new site. I’ll flag this for staff attention.

  That’s great Shawna…now another question…I have signed up with Bluehost, still want to use WordPress, and have purchased the Enfold theme to use. I am now getting this error: Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain. So this something I do through Bluehost or through WordPress? Thanks!

  It looks like your domain’s name servers are still pointing to WordPress.com:

  http://who.is/whois/amysnowinteriordesign.com

  You’ll need to log into your domain registrar and change them to point to Bluehost instead. It looks like you registered this domain through Tucows. You should have an account there that you can log into and change your DNS settings.
