Deleted site and would like to use the old address again

Greetings.
I recently deleted http://www.iamericfletcher.wordpress.com.
I would like to use that address for my newly created site iamericfletcher191457285.wordpress.com.
When I try to change the address in settings, it is saying that http://www.iamericfletcher.wordpress.com is unavailable.

Hi Eric, deleting the site doesn’t free it up, unfortunately. It permanently deactivates it. Since it was only recently lost, though, we can restore it for you.
You won’t be able to rename the existing site to that, but you can switch themes if needed, customize your style, then export and import the content:
