deleted site but can still log in?

  Hi there, I deleted my site under the tools option and then confirmed via email authorization. I can still log into my site though. When I go to comments I made, it changed my user name and now links to someone else’s blog. Anyone know how I can get ahold of someone who actually works at wordpress to address my comments being linked to another blog user? It looks like a tech issue. Thanks!

  The blog linked to your username account has not been deleted. I’m sorry but we cannot provide accurate answers to any blogger who fails to provide the exact URL starting with http:// for the exact blog they refer to so we can verify where it is hosted. Please do that now.

  Even when I click on my member name by my post I am taken to someone else’s blog that had a name similar to mine. Mine was about poetry and their site is about cannabis addiction. This is a problem.

  The blog that is now linked to my username is not my blog. That’s what I am saying. My URL was deleted. My previous blog address was deleted and now my account is linked to a stranger’s blog with a similar name.

  That is the blog that was linked to my account when my URL was deleted, that is definitely NOT my blog.

  https://inconsequentialrecovery.wordpress.com is no longer available.The authors have deleted this site.

  The blog has been deleted and all you need to do now is remove the primary blog link from your username. See here for instructions http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2007/10/06/link-your-username-to-your-blog/

  Thanks for the info. I checked it out and it says that previous comments will still be linked to the other person’s blog. Why would my comments be linked to a stranger’s blog in the first place? I also don’t have a blog to link to it anymore, it was deleted, so what am I supposed to link it to?

  I made sure there is no web address to link comments to, but my member link and comments still go to the unknown blog…
