Deleted site by mistake

Few minutes back, I deleted my second site: https://thoughtfulamit.wordpress.com/ as I wanted to rename my first site: https://stupidamigo.wordpress.com/.
After deletion, when I’m trying to rename ‘stupidamigo’ to ‘thoughtfulamit’, I’m not able to do it. Can you please provide the site name back?WP.com: Yes
Correct account: UnknownThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there!
It sounds like you’ve just realized that it’s not possible to reuse deleted URLs. I have restored your site thoughtfulamit.wordpress.com, so you can start working on that one. If you need to export any content from stupidamigo.wordpress.com, you can do so by exporting and importing it:
You can move your WordPress.com site’s content to a new home on the internet using the Export tool. Your site’s content is downloaded into an XML file (a type of file used to transport data) that you can then import to another WordPress.com site, another WordPress host, or even another platform. This XML file (also referred to as WXR file) contains your posts, pages, comments, categories, tI hope that helps :)

Thanks for the quick help! Can you suggest the best way to do the following: “I want to transfer all my content (including the dates that the content was posted) from stupidamigo.wordpress.com to thoughtfulamit.wordpress.com”
All I want is when a person visits thoughtfulamit.wordpress.com, they see the exact same thing as they used to see on stupidamigo.wordpress.comIn order to achieve the above, when I try to use the option of “Change Blog Address”, I can’t use “thoughtfulamit” since it’s currently in use. Would “Transfer Blog” option help in achieving the desired result?

No. Transfer a Blog means to move it to a different WordPress.com account, often one that belongs to someone else. You need to do what the member of staff suggested and export/import the content from one site to another.
If you want to move content to WordPress.com from another WordPress site (either WordPress.com or a WordPress.org site), use the Import Content option. This option will import a copy of your pages, posts, and media to your new WordPress.com site, but not plugins, the theme, or other design elements.
