Hello
I have had all my sites on bin (about 2 months ago) and no bin is empty. What can I do to recover my site?

Hello there,
What is the address of the site you are referring to?
However, if your site is hosted on WordPress.com, It is important to be aware that you can only reverse a website’s deletion within 30 days after it has been closed.

Hey again,
Since WordPress.com does not have a control site hosted elsewhere, you will need to contact your host.

Can someone helps me? I have backup done by “Duplicator”. Duplicator – WordPress Migration Plugin.

To avoid confusion, there are three different “WordPress” at play here:
1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.Since your site is not hosted with us, we’re limited in what we can help with and advise. But I can get you pointed in the right direction to get help.
I would recommend first contacting the plugin developer for your backup solution. If you still have trouble, please reach out to the WordPress community for guidance:

I hope that helps.

Hi there,
We can’t help directly because we don’t host sprawny-komputer.vxm.pl on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result, we can’t take a closer look at your site.
Instead your host (Hostinghouse) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform (sometimes called “WordPress.org”) which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com. Specifically we use a custom system for managing sites that is different from what you are describing.
Hostinghouse is an independent company that we are not connected with, so we are not aware of their policies or why your sites are in need of recovery. You may wish to contact them directly and they should be able to clarify for you.
Hope this helps point you in the right direction!

Hostinghouse told me, that they are not the owner of WordPress.org.
So tell me:
1. Who is the owner of WordPress.org?2. WHY MY SITES WERE DELETED FROM BIN?
-
WordPress.org is the repository where the free WordPress software comes from. When you (or your host) installs WordPress as a software to create a site, you (or your host) takes the responsibility for managing the site, and resolving any issues that come up in relation to your site.
It’s worth noting that the community over at WordPress.org also does not have access to see your site, because WordPress.org is a repository where the software is downloaded from.
Therefore, normally only your host can clarify why your site(s) might have been removed from the bin folder.
We (that is: WordPress.com) are a separate company and while we can provide help for sites that we host, we have no access to be able to answer questions for sites that are hosted with another company.
