  Hi
  I just updated the feature image for my new post but now all the text that I had written in it before has disappeared as have all the captions, is there a way of recovering?

  Hello @belindadavies,
  WordPress.COM saves the last 25 revisions of your post which acts as a backup. So yes, there is a way to recover it.
