Deleted thumbnail still appears

  When I make available a link to a blog post on Twitter, I still see a thumbnail attached to the post (I deleted the image from my media, customize, and settings sections). I changed it yesterday. Any ideas on where else this image might be hidden?

  I can confirm the image is cached on twitter, but I was able to clear it by validating the page here:
