Deleted unknown files via word fence and now cant login to wordpress

  During a word fence scan I deleted many unknown files that appeared so thinking they were malware, I deleted them. Immediately the site became inactive and I can’t even login to wordpress through the back end. I do have back ups but on the back end. I do have local back ups but only from a while ago but regardless I cant access the back end to be able to try get the back up in place.
