Deleted url

Hi, I’ve recently deleted my old account/URL but would like to use the same name with my new blog. How do I go about doing this. It’s telling me it’s still in use but it’s clearly not.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Do you mean you’d like to use the same username?
Unfortunately, usernames are blocked from being re-used after deletion.
If you deleted your old account less than 30 days ago, it’s possible to reverse the deletion. You could then clear out everything you no longer need and set your new blog up there.

Did you delete a username account, or a site address?
The username of a closed account cannot be re-used, nor can a deleted site address.
If you did this less than 30 days ago we can still reverse the process, but we’ll need you to contact us from the email address that was connected to the deleted account.
When you closed the account we sent you an email to confirm that action. Please reply directly to that email for help with this.
If it’s been more than 30 days there’s nothing we can do – in that case the username is now permanently removed from use.
I also see you changed your username about three months ago from therunrundad to danielhilbert. If you’re speaking of the therunrundad username, then there’s also nothing we can do. A username deleted as part of a username change cannot be restored or re-used at all. There would have been a warning mentioning this during the username change process.
