Deleted WordPress site due to live chat advice
-
I have a premium business account. Which I now have no access to since speaking to the live chat help. I was trying to change an email address and I was told I had an additional free account. Whilst I asked if I should delete that account to avoid any problems I was advised ‘no’ just change the email. As soon as I did this I am now left with seemingly too free accounts. Neither of which are my Premium Business account with my domain name. I am furious. I need to either rectify this asap or I need to know how I can take my domain name elsewhere and use another site provider. I can’t contact live chat again because I can’t access my premium account so I am completely in limbo.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

— So, in this case — it seems like you have downgraded your plan. I will tag this as modlook, so that a staff could get a better look into your account.

I added the modlook tag to this thread an hour back, hawesomea. :)
If you see a modlook tag, please refrain from replying to it and let the WordPress.com staff take over.
If you haven’t read the volunteers guide, I highly encourage you do. Thanks again for contributing!

@conciergemilano what is the name of the site? You’re currently logged into the free account as far as I can tell.

Thanks everyone. I believe now I should have deleted the two free accounts and I now have access to my business account. However I am unable to change the email on the business account (which is misspelt so nonoperative) to the correct spelling because it’s saying it’s already in use. Having deleted the old accounts it shouldn’t be in use anywhere?

@conciergemilano17 as staff I can help you sort this out. I do need to know the name of the site you’re trying to access, though. Can you send a link? Or the name of the other account would help.

Thanks to everyone for your help here I really appreciate it. The problem is now fixed :-)
