  I want to complete delete my profile at your site, can you please help me..?

  While it’s possible to delete your site from WordPress.com (Tools -> Delete Site), User accounts can not be removed. Instead, you should just stop logging in with that account and leave it dormant.

  You cannot delete your wordpress.com username account. This is for security reasons so others cannot claim your username and impersonate you. http://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/ But you can remove all personal information you added and effectively deactivate your account so no one will be able to access it.
