I’m not tech savvy at all but have just spent the best part of a month building our website for launch next week. I followed the instructions to install the Google Tag manager code in the Editor section and got the below message. And my whole website has gone. Please, please someone help. How / can I get my site back? I don’t have a back up. Idiot, i know!!

‘Unable to communicate back with site to check for fatal errors, so the PHP change was reverted. You will need to upload your PHP file change by some other means, such as by using SFTP’

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Hi @myehealthguide, I’d recommend checking with your host on this one. Your site isn’t hosted here on our servers.

If they point you back to WordPress support, you’ll want to use the forums for WordPress.org installations: https://wordpress.org/support

    Good luck!
