Deleting 1 or Both?

  I changed my blog’s URL, but chose to keep it in case I wanted to use it again. Now, I don’t want it as a choice. If I delete that blog, will my active blog/URL be deleted, too?

  You can delete the old blog and keep the new one, you just have to be sure you are on the dashboard of the site you want to delete when you do it. Here are the instructions: http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

  Keep in mind once you delete the site, the url will never be available again–to you or anyone, so make sure you are really, really sure before you complete the process.
