Deleting a blog

  Hi,

  I have transfered my blog from andresrcastello.wordpress.com to thebiggestjuiciestpiece.com.

  I decided not to disable the andresrcastello domain; but now it turns up on google when you search my blog and it is blanc.

  How do I delete it now?

  Don’t delete the old blog – it looks like you cleared content – that is ok

  I think the redirect upgrade will help: http://en.support.wordpress.com/site-redirect/

  Also signup for Google Webmaster Tools and verify your site (that is why you don’t want to delete the old blog) – then when 404 errors start to show up you can also ask for those pages to be removed. Then at some point in the distant future Google will push your old site way down in the search results.

  Only delete your blog if you never want that URL any more and you don’t want anyone else to use it, ever. Because neither you nor anyone else can ever get it back.

  That said, go to Dashboard->Tools->Delete Site.

  Normally we just recommend setting it to Private in case you change your mind in the future. If you truly delete it and then change your mind, don’t expect any sympathy after this warning and the three other warnings you get during the process.
