Deleting a blog

Before you delete this blog you should edit your profile and change the “Website” entry. What does this mean and how do I do it?

I’m guessing that’s a reference to the primary blog that’s linked to your username. Dashboard -> Users -> Personal Settings -> then scroll down to Account Details. Then scroll down to where it says ‘Primary Blog‘ select the URL for your primary wordpress.com blog and then save changes.
In order to delete any blog one must be logged in under the exact username account that registered the blog. Provided you are logged in under the username account that registered the blog you can delete it by using these instructions. http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
Please note that deleted blog URLs are not recycled.
