Deleting a blog.

  I have 2 wordpress blogs. I would like to delete https://ardenspractice.wordpress.com/. Both of them seem to be attached to my Bella Pink blog and use the same password. How do I delete the 2nd one which was PRACTICE!?

  I DO NOT want to delete the BELLA PINK blog. Can you help?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi!

  I believe you’re referring to two separate accounts. The account you’re currently writing from (junkorama) only has one site at WordPress.com:

  – junkorama.wordpress.com

  The site ardenspractice.wordpress.com does exist at WordPress.com, but it’s listed under a different user account. Do you potentially have two different user accounts? If so, can you create a new forum thread from the other user account asking to delete ardenspractice.wordpress.com? You can create a new forum thread using this link:

  https://en.forums.wordpress.com/?new=1

  For security reasons, the request to delete a site needs to come from the site owner.

  You are correct. My other user name is (email visible only to moderators and staff). I cannot sign in as that for the ardenspractice.wordpress.com blog….It will only allow me to sign in as junkorama. I just attempted it….got the junkorama blog, even after I had signed out of the junkorama blog.

  I did create a new forum link as you suggested. My other user account is (email visible only to moderators and staff). sorreeee I forgot to say that in my original question. I cannot sign as that account…..it always defaults to junkorama.

  Thanks for clarifying! I don’t currently see another forum thread from the user account you mention. Could you try the following?

  1. Log out of WordPress.com using the Sign Out link on the left-hand side of this page:

  https://wordpress.com/me

  2. Clear your browser’s cache. Instructions can be found here:

  Solve Common Browser Issues

  3. Visit WordPress.com. You should be prompted with a login button in the top right-hand corner of the page. Use that to login under your new account.

  4. Use the link here to add a new forum thread asking for the site to be deleted. Be sure to mention the full site address:

  https://en.forums.wordpress.com/?new=1

  Let me know if that doesn’t work!
