Deleting a blog completely

  I started an extra blog but i dont like the name or want to have it any more. my problem is that i dont know how to delete the site completely.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  go to this link to delete your website https://wordpress.com/settings/delete-site/ and click on delete button
  and you want to permanently delete your site , you first empty all content follow this link https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/
  and then go to this link https://wordpress.com/settings/delete-site/
