Deleting a blog that I have forgotten the login and pw.

Hi, I forgot the login id and pw to this account and I would like to delete myself from the blog ( https://thingsithoughtineverdo.wordpress.com/2013/10/)as this was owned by my ex and myself and this post appeared on google search.
I tried to request to remove this post from google but was denied due to the following.Reasons for denial of information removal requests

I tried filling up the form for lost password/login id but I do not remember any verification details.
I would like to seek for your help to help me with this as this entry was years ago and I do not wish this to affect my future career when my employers are doing reference check.
