Deleting a blog within a site

If you have started two blogs and want to delete one of them–not delete the site–how do you do it? The help menu says to go to “tools…delete blog” but there is no such thing in the tools menu. It actually says “tools…delete site.” We don’t want to delete the whole site, just simply delete one of two blogs on the site. (This is not for my blog but for my husband’s–I’m his blog consultant. His site is goodwalkblogged.wordpress.com. He created two separate blogs WITHIN THE SAME SITE and wants to delete one, but not the whole SITE.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Every blog is a separate site. Deleting one blog has no effect on any other blogs registered under the same username account.
