Deleting a Domain

  Hi,
  I am trying to create another website but I accidentally just created a new domain, I was wondering how to delete that domain and cancel the payment.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Which domain did you not intend to purchase? You may still be able to cancel it yourself by logging in to your account’s dashboard and then navigating to Store >> My Upgrades. Once there you may have a link which says “Cancel and Refund.”

  If you don’t, please let me know the domain name absolutely as soon as possible and I’ll see what I can do. Domains can usually only be cancelled and refunded within the first 48 hours after purchase. Like I said, I’ll see what I can do, but you’ll need to let me know the domain very quickly!

  I just went to my domains and said that I am not able to delete and receive a refund because it has been more than 2 days. The domain is thestudiojmedia.com

  That’s OK, I was able to take care of it. You should receive the $26 refund in to your account within the next few days to few weeks depending on your bank and its policies.
