deleting a domain

I have recently changed my blog’s domain and now I have two blogs? The blog with the old domain has nothing on it and the new domain has all my posts, followers, etc on it. I was wondering if I could delete my old domain without deleting anything from my other blog. Thank you

Are you referring to a site on a paid custom domain hosted by wordpress.com?
Or are you referring to 2 .wordpress.com blogs, both on .wordpress.com subdomains like http://brightermornings.wordpress.com/ registered under the same username account?
Or are you referring to 2 .wordpress.com blogs, both on .wordpress.com subdomains like http://brightermornings.wordpress.com/ but registered under two different username accounts?

I deleted my upgrades and domain registration and I didn’t receive a full refund. It was within the 48 hours. Why did I not get my full refund??
