Deleting a domain and getting a refund

I am tryihg to delete the domain n my purchases but it is not showing up. It shows where you charged me for it under billing statements. i am on the right account with the correct email address. i am within the 96 hour refund window so i am eligible for a refund. i just need help locating the domain to do so.
