Deleting a domain, closing an account.

I’m looking to delete a domain and permanently close my account. When I select ‘Close account’ it reads: You still have active purchases on your account. To delete your account, you’ll need to cancel any active purchases in Manage Purchases before proceeding.’ When I select to Manage Purchases, the Premium Theme only says ‘Renews on: Never Expires’ and gives no option to delete or make inactive from there.

Staff assistance is required to remove a “never expiring” Premium theme from an account. I have added the modlook tag to ask if a staff member would be kind enough to help you. I note the above site redirects to the brand new stirsandstripes.com. I assume it is themilkmug.com you wish to delete.
