Deleting a Domain from Account

I have a domain at godaddy.com and I think when I tried to link my old blog kaliedanielle.wordpress.com to kaliedanielle.com, I think it was in the wrong direction. I paid for the WordPress upgrade and domain mapping but now it seems the more advanced WordPress Pro features are under the kaliedanielle.com account, which now I can’t log in to because kaliedanielle.com/login just takes me to the regular wordpress log in and doesn’t work when I use the kaliedanielle.com login info. Under my original account I don’t have the features where you can delete a domain. I want to delete kaliedanielle.com from my original account so I can go in from the other side on kaliedanielle.com and then add kaliedanielle.wordpress.com. I’ve tried contacting support two times and I have had no response.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It looks like the domain mapping was never done or did not complete. Which site do you want people to end up at when they type in the name of the other site?

I want people to end up on kaliedanielle.com, but now it seems I have no way to access that account to import my old blog stuff and upload the new theme.

  • I have canceled your domain mapping. Would you like me to cancel and refund your bundle too?

As for the domain, you’ll still need to direct your nameservers back to your hosting provider. You can do this through your domain registrar.
