deleting a Domain/blog

    I’m confused. When I set up my blog or Domain, I seem to have set up two different Domains/blogs, that I’m paying for. ($26.00 each/year) I’d like to delete one of them -theariexperience.com – but I’m not sure if they are linked in some way, and I don’t want to accidentally delete the wrong Domain/blog.
    Could you tell me if I can delete one of them please?

    Hey Maria!

    It looks like you have two domains on your account currently, both mapped to theariexperience.wordpress.com.

    • theariexperience.com
    • the-ari-experience.com

    Deleting theariexperience.com will not affect the-ari-experience.com. However, it looks like the domain theariexperience.com was recently renewed, but is outside of the refund period. This means that if we cancel the domain, you will not receive a refund for the recent renewal. Instead of canceling it, why don’t we just leave it on your account. Auto renewal is disabled as shown here:

    This means that the domain will not renew automatically going forward. It will expire on 6/20/15. At that time, you can cancel it from your account. However, in the meantime, it will just redirect to the-ari-experience.com. Does that make sense?
