Deleting a dummy site
-
Hello,
When I was first learning how to use WP, a dummy blog/site was set up for me ( its this one: http://www.alannahmoore.com/meg). It shouldn’t exist anymore since I have since set up my own proper blog (www.depetitesmerveilles.com) which I am using now. Could you please help me delete from the dummy self hosted one which no longer exists anyway from the list of blogs? Thank you.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Sorry I meant the blog I need help with is the alannahmoore.com/meg site not the depetitesmerveilles.com site. The second one is working.

Hello there,
alannahmoore.com is not hosted by WordPress.com. This is the WordPress.COM support forum. You need to post to the WordPress.ORG support forum for help with your site because it is not hosted by WordPress.COM.WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have different logins and also run some different version of themes with the same names http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

Hello, I checked with the wordpress.org support and they’ve redirected me back here to WordPress.com. They say its a wordpress.com issue. I just need to delete the alannahmoore.com/meg site. Please help. Thank you.

Are you trying to remove //www.alannahmoore.com/meg from your list of blogs here – as in you had JetPack installed on /www.alannahmoore.com/meg and connected to here?
If so the staff needs to remove that for you

I’ve just removed the linked blog from your account. Please let us know if you need any further assistance!
