Deleting a premium theme so that I can delete my site

I’m trying to permanently delete my site. But it keeps coming back to managing purchases.
The only thing left is the premium theme: Zuki by Elmastudio. When i follow the instructions everywhere else on the web to go to WP admin, themes, click on the theme. There’s no option to delete the theme.
I’ve put a generic free wordpress theme on the site so the premium zuki theme is no longer active and it still isn’t showing an option to delete.
How can I delete it so I can get rid of my site?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You’ll need Staff assistance with removing the Premium theme and so I’ve tagged this thread MODLOOK for their attention.
If you have a different WordPressdotcom site under this username, you also have the option of Staff moving the Premium theme there.
Let them know if this is relevant.

The only thing left is the premium theme: Zuki by Elmastudio.
I’ve removed the Zuki theme so you should be able to delete your site now. Please let me know if you run into any problems though.
