Deleting a site

  Hi, I exported all of my content from one WordPress site to another under a different domain name. Is it safe to permanently delete my original site now?

  Hi,

  Do you have any intention of using the current site’s URL again in the future? If so, I would not delete it and instead change it to be private:

  https://wordpress.com/support/settings/privacy-settings/

  But if you are sure you’ll never want to use that URL again, you can delete the site using these instructions:

  https://wordpress.com/support/delete-site/
