Deleting a Site

  Hi there.

  When I started blogging, I spelled the name of the site wrong. After, I decided to make another site where the site is spelled correctly. Now that more people are starting to read what I wrote or follow me, they are sometimes coming across the wrong site. In turn, I would like to delete the original site.

  I would like to know whether I can delete just the one site (sendthewholebattalian) and keep the other (sendthewholebattalion), or if everything will get deleted.

  If you would like to delete your WordPress.com site, there are options and instructions for doing so here:

  Delete a Website

  Please bear in mind that once deleted, that site’s WordPress.com URL will become permanently unavailable for future use. If you feel that you might need that URL again in the future, you might want to choose one of the other options listed on the the page linked above.

  If you are concerned about making a mistake in the deletion process, you can always just set the incorrectly named site to be “private”:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/

  Or you could purchase the site redirect upgrade to redirect traffic from the incorrect site to your correct URL:
