deleting a site from the site picker
-
When I log into WordPress.com, I see two sites in the site picker. One is my main site that I want. The other one is a site that I got rid of a while ago. Yet for some reason I can’t delete it from the site picker. Is there a way to do this? I’ve tried both on the desktop and mobile versions but haven’t had any luck. Thanks!

Hi there,
The blog I need help with is translationrules.com.
Your host provider is HostGator and not WordPress.com. This forum is for sites hosted by WordPress. Please visit the forum for self-hosted WordPress site to seek help:

You can also contact HostGator for further assistance:

Hi there,
You should be able to remove the site by selecting it at My Site ->Switch Site, and then go to Manage ->Settings.
If you’re unable to remove it yourself, please confirm the site address and we can do it from this end.
Neither the people in the WordPress.org forums, nor Hostgator, can help the OP remove sites listed in the site picker in their WordPress.com account, as none of those people have access to WordPress.com’s systems.
Please make sure you understand the question before answering – just because someone indicated a self-hosted site, it does not mean it’s an issue for the WordPress.org forums or their hosting provider.
