Deleting a site that someone else created and sold/ got rid of.

I need help deleting a site on WordPress that somebody else got rid of. I don’t want the link to the site to still show up on my WordPress information and when I click on Manage to try to delete it, it doesn’t lead to the next step. There’s no settings tab popping up when I click on manage. I had a writing job, but the person who used WordPress for that site got rid of their site. I don’t want to be associated with clicking on a link where it leads to a page that has a virus. So, can you get rid of the Infra-Shift gaming site? I still want my other sites there.

It’s called an admin account and the user who owns the account got rid of it, but the tab still shows up in my account. I’m just not sure how to get rid of the tab.

I’ve already tried the following steps. I switched sites to go to the manage tab, then settings. I do not want to delete all of my WordPress. I just want to delete one site that’s on admin. I’m not the owner of the admin, but I was a writer for a website before this person either got rid of the website without telling me beforehand or contacting me back. When I click the manage tab, nothing shows up, I don’t see a settings. The arrow goes down when I click it. That’s how I know I clicked it on the screen. No settings option is visible. So, if there’s a way you can remotely get rid of Infra-Shift Gaming site or at least give me other steps, I’d be interested.
