Deleting a trashed Home menu that seems to "override" my menu items.

I am trying to delete a menu. Somehow my website has 2 “Home” The second is fine. But the first one shows up when you open the website, http://www.evilschindler.wordpress.com. The second one works but the rest of the navigation tabs, Articles and Schindler’s List, don’t appear. When I go to Dashboard and open up menus edit. I try to delete the wrong Home menu item and then the edit page goes pale. And it doesn’t seem to edit the wrong “home.”

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • If I go to http://www.evilschindler.wordpress.com/ the other menu links work as they should.

Can you give me the exact steps that you are doing to cause the incorrect menu to appear?

Thanks for getting back to me. I got it fixed. Part of the problem was that I didn’t realize that I needed to name the menu as the Navigation menu. When I went through that and filled in the theme location and the other stuff for each menu item, it was fixed! Very satisfying to see it look as intended. Now for the customizing!

I am loving WordPress! I got a lot of my writing up in a less than a week.
