  So, I’d like to delete the bridlehorseproject and start a new site with a license key I already have

  And start a new site at https://wordpress.com/start

  What do you mean by “license key” exactly? The site you listed was a free site here, and we have no history of upgrades, transactions, or billing activity of any kind on your account?
