Deleting a website without access to the admin panel

    A critical error message has come up when we tried to access the back end of our website and now we cant access the dashboard/admin area. We arent able to access any of the usual FTP directories etc because we dont have the username or password for the account. How can we just delete this website altogether and start a new website with the same domain name without access to the admin page and without our username and password
