Deleting a wordpress account

Does wordpress have an option for one deleting his/her account without having to request the admin. This can be quite tricky if the individual has been temporarily suspended from adding a comment to this forum as he can’t access the admin via the forum.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It appears that you have graciously deleted the article which violated the Terms of Service on WordPress.com and are again posting in these forums, and are again allowed to post articles on your blog.

That’s why you got flagged as spam. That’s against the Terms of Service. You will get flagged again for that. Eventually your blog will be suspended.
