  Will deleting an old wordpress.com site allow me to build a new premium site with my same email address?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You don’t necessarily have to delete an old WordPress.com site to start a new one, but here is the info on that process.
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

  The alternative would be to upgrade your plan, then move forward with your new site. The next steps depend on what you want to do either with a new site or the existing one.

  Is there a particular feature you are wanting to take advantage of with a Premium or Business Plan?
