Deleting abandoned blog accounts

Dear Mods,
I created a blog that is about 5-years old and I would like it be deleted. The blog url is: http://www.likayi.wordpress.com. I don’t remember the password nor do I use the email account that I signed up with. If someone can resolve this matter urgently It would greatly be appreciated.Thanks,

Like I aforementioned, the email that I created the account with has been changed and I can no longer access it. How else can I proof that I am the original owner of this blog post? Do you want me to send in a picture? I would not be asking if I had access to my account.
