deleting account

    Hello. I want to delete my account

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    From the My Site menu, select Settings, scroll down and select Delete Site.

    From the Dashboard, select Tools->Delete Site

    Follow the instructions provided for either method you choose. Note that once you have deleted the site, you will not be able to use that site address again.You can not delete your actual wordpress account, but you can remove all site content, change your username/URL, and leave the account inactive.

    The authors have deleted this site.

    I also see your other question here: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/help-872?replies=1 which says
    “Hello. When opening my account I clicked create website whereas I need to create a blog. This is causing me trouble in designed my page. How do I delete my account and start again please? I want to create a blog not a website. Thankyou”

    It was not necessary to delete your site to change from a site to a blog and having done so now means that you will not be able to reuse that site address. You will need to register a new site. https://en.support.wordpress.com/create-a-blog/#adding-a-new-site-to-an-existing-account

    Once you set up your new site, please note that by default every site on WordPressdotcom starts as a blog, meaning that posts are shown on the front/homepage of a site.
