Hello wordpress, i want to help my friend to delete her account https://sitilatifahmaharani.wordpress.com/, but she can’t access her email as username too, because it’s soo long time ago. Can you help me and my friend? What step can i or her do to delete her account?

Hai @timethief thanks for your response, but her cannot access her wordpress account, tried to recovery password, but the next problem is her email cannot access anymore, there are other way to recover her lost password without use email?

She must complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff, and provide proof ownership, so they can contact her by email ie. not on these public support forums, which are available to everyone with internet access.

yes, i know. But the problem she can’t access her email anymore to get one of information to proofing ownership like activation URL or key, there are other way for her to proof of ownership?

If she cannot tell the Account Recovery people which email address she used to register, whether or not she can access it now, and what here current email address is then she could be anyone asking for access to the account. Think about it. Bottom line. She to act.

Yap, i know it. I just ask for alternative step for her problem, cause she has try the normal step, and the problem like above. For the recovery execussion it’s not me, but her self. By the way thanks for speedy answer.
